The city of Lille is served by two railway stations, Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe, located in the city center, The few hundred meters separating the two railway stations can be covered by foot or by metro (1 station).

The network includes 2 lines:
Line 1 serves the city center, Lille-Flandres station and University of Lille 1.
Line 2 connects the stations Lille-Flandres and Lille Europe.

The laboratory is located on the campus, near the metro station “Cité Scientifique – Pr Gabillard” of line 1. The campus is located 15 minutes by subway or car from center Lille.

Arrival by train:
from Lille-Flandres train station, take metro line 1, direction “4 Cantons” and get off at “Cité Scientifique – Pr Gabillard” (next to the last stop on the metro line).
from Lille-Europe train station, first join the Lille-Flandres station either by foot or by using metro line 2 (1 station, direction “St Philibert”, then take line 1 as explained above).

Arrival by plane:
The Lille-Lesquin airport is connected to the center of Lille by shuttle bus which runs from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM (travel time is about 20 minutes). The shuttle bus stop at the airport is located outside the Arrivals hall. In Lille, the bus stops at Euralille Centre (in front of the Lille-Europe train station).
