Mes thématiques de recherche s’articulent autour de (i) la chimie des matériaux vitreux et (ii) des spectroscopies de résonance magnétique (RMN et RPE). La RMN me permet de caractériser la structure locale (nature des blocs) et l’ordre à moyenne distance (type de liaisons) dans les verres préparés au laboratoire ou par d’autres équipes universitaires ou industrielles. Ces informations issues de spectres RMN 1D/2D sont ensuite utilisées pour mieux comprendre les propriétés des matériaux et relier leur évolution avec la composition. L’outil RPE me permet de caractériser l’environnement chimique d’ions paramagnétiques (V4+, Mo5+) formés au travers de réactions rédox dans les fondus ou introduits dans les verres pour l’optique (Nd3+).
